Kampong Speu--Round 2!!

We went to Kampong Speu again!!! It was a lot of fun!!  We were able to sell more helmets than yesterday.  More and more people are able to know the important of helmets!! The next question is: how can we enforce people to put on their helmets without the government involvement?

In order to finish the loud speaker campaign, we were able to have two fifth grade students and a policeman to say the slogan! It was sweet! :)

We were able to into the country side, the Vorsar commune, to promote more of the helmet use.  I love the country side.  I think it is beautiful!! My co-worker, Bun Thoeum, said, whenever he goes to the country side, it reminds him of his own home.

I was able to find a lotus garden!! Sophal gave me a lotus flower too!! It was beautiful.  He said the lotus flowers are as known as the Buddha Flower, because it looks like it. :)

Traveling with Sophal, food is very important! :) He bought this to me for breakfast! Then we had lunch! Breakfast was the coconut sweet ball! :) Lunch we had fish with green mango, fish with squash, and pork ribs with squash.  It was all so good!  Sophal said, you eat everything! And I said, "YES!" Sophal is worry about my tummy, and I said, "hospital is free!" :)

We then went to the market and sell helmets! We had to get an approval from the villager chief before we can do anything.  And I guess I cannot take pictures, but I love to take anyway...  Their meat was so gross, hanging down with billions of flies flying and sitting on it in a hot weather.

Because it was so hot, we got some cane sugar drinks!! Most of their drinks and food are wrapped it in a plastic bag.... It is so hot that our 2 co-workers, were hiding from the sun by sitting next to the car..... Can you find them?   I will show you some fried purple potatoes too!

The best thing about Cambodia is how confident they are in a barber shop.  It is an open area with lots of dust and dirt in the air flying.... You might never know about your style..

The other thing about Cambodia is by the factories, loads of people would stand next to each other, there would be NO personal space.  It is literally people staging.  This picture not as many people already, but most of them are about 100 people per truck. It is amazing....
